"Get ready to Ride & Refine your ride"
We have not set a date for this clinic. If you are interested, please let us know so we can choose a date to accomodate everyone's schedule.
Come join Matney and Terri with a full day of study. We will start the
morning with ground work, and finish the day with riding, come for one or
both...
Morning:
Check in 9:30/ starts @ 10:00 to 12:00/ lunch break/Afternoon check in 1:00/starting @ 1:30 to3:30

"Get Ready to Ride"
Morning 10:00 am to 12:00/ limit 4 partners
We will spend the morning, sharing our studies of " you ride the horse
you lead" working on ground manners, teaching and encouraging your horse
to join you in engaging their entire body with softness from the ground.
Leading, backing, shoulders, hips, side passing, and how to progress to
liberty work, in hand trail course.
Problem solving for tying, trailer loading, handling feet,
fear and mistrust.
"Refine your Ride"
Afternoon: 1:30 to 3:30/ limit 4 partners
The afternoon will address the benefit of finding your BALANCED ride, or
riding in the center of your horse. Matney has been studying and will
share her knowledge, getting you the information you need, to progress
and ride WITH your horse. This will improve the health of both horse and
rider. Ever feel like you are getting in the way of your horses
performance? Come see if this work will help you get started at a new
and more rewarding relationship between you and your horse, be aware of
the " mirror" your horse is designed to be!!!!
Problem solving for your balance from head to
toe
Fees: morning: $80. arena fee and lunch included
afternoon: $ 80. arena fee and lunch included
all day: $ 140. arena fee and lunch included
Auditing is free/ RSVP lunch @ 10. per plate

The Patriots 4H Horse Club are hosting a Horsemanship Clinic with TLC Training - Terri Cook and Matney Cook-Ken Mcnabb Master Trainers.
This clinic is open to 4H members and leaders, from just beginning to experienced.
August 1st & 2nd 2009 Menlo Fairgrounds- Pat Boyes Arena-(near Raymond,Wa) Pacific County
10am to 4pm
Clinic size 12 riders (as of today 4 spots left)
$100.00 per rider(includes both days,lunch & stalls)
Tent Camping $5.00 per night/R.V electric hook up $10.00 per night
$50.00 deposit due June 5th/ balance due July 5th.
